Bunchie has inspired kids all over his community with his bright attitude and fast moves, and now that he's on the cover of Sports Illustrated Kids, he'll inspire people all over the nation. The young athlete is talented in both football and track, with lightning speed and agility.

Want to see what all the fuss is about? You can see for yourself. Bunchie's social media videos have racked up his follower count to over 16,000 followers.

Bunchie has won long jump competitions and several 100- and 200-meter races, and he scored a whopping 30 times in football games last year!

Not only is this kid talented, but he's also got star power. He's known for wearing his hair in wild colors and designs, like purple and green. He covers his arms with Bible verses, showing the world how important his faith is to him. It's easy to spot this proud young man on any field.

It's admirable to see someone so young and yet so committed to their goals. Bunchie's dad, Dave Young, says "Even when I'm not here, when I have to work late, man, he puts on his helmet, and he works out. He'll come back in and say, 'Daddy, I'm finished working out!'"

Truly inspiring!

Bunchie aims to win Olympic medals in track and play for the NFL, but he also has a plan for after he retires from pro sports. He wants to run for public office.

Bunchie and his family donate toys and supplies to Union Rescue Mission in L.A. every Christmas and he's part of student council at school.

"It's a grind, but I gotta keep going. Every day is like really hard but you gotta keep going," Bunchie says. "You have a lot of people gunning for you and you have a lot of people trying to knock you off, so you really have to keep going. If you wanna be on top you gotta put in the work."

Hell yes! See what happens when you teach kids these lessons early, folks?

It's looking like this young phenom already has a bright future ahead, because he's already scored one college scholarship and he's still years away from high school! The University of Illinois offered him a scholarship to play football if he chooses to attend.

Bunchie's family is keeping his options open though, as they should. A kid like this should know no limits. Who knows what else he can do??
