Alexis Bledel Just Made An Exciting Announcement About A Third 'Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants' Movie

Now that we've checked Full House, Beauty and the Beast, and — of course — Gilmore Girls off our to-remake list, let's move on to our next request: The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.

While author Ann Brashares penned five books (plus a spinoff!) about the four BFFs and their maybe-magical jeans, we've gotten a mere two movies about the sisterhood — and last time we left Bridget (Blake Lively), Tibby (Amber Tamblyn), Lena (Alexis Bledel), and Carmen (America Ferrera), their precious pants got lost. (WE 👏 NEED 👏 THE 👏 PANTS 👏 BACK 👏)

Plus, it's not like the cast members aren't willing to return to the big screen: Both Lively and Tamblyn have said they're down for another movie, as Teen Vogue noted.

Well, if this update from Bledel pans out, another Sisterhood movie will hit your TV screen in no time!

Our reaction in a single word: AAAAAAAHHHH?

If you want the clip closely, Kimmel seems to think that the stars are actually filming a third movie — but the way Bledel answered his questions, it sounds like they're just working on the logistics of it. 

In the very least, Bledel's statements imply that our sisterhood has reunited off-screen to talk about a third film and (probably) just needs to work through a few things before it's official. We'll take it!
