1. Shop clean

Before you go shopping, throw away all the junk food in your house. When starting to eat clean you will want a completely clean slate. At the store, buy real foods. Spend the majority of your time in the produce department and foods that are fresh and healthy. If you don’t have junk food in the house, you are way less likely to eat it! Stock your fridge and your cabinets with healthy and unprocessed foods. Eliminate the temptation at the source.

2. Eat until you crave

Just because your body has an addiction to junk food doesn’t mean you can’t teach your body to crave other foods. Try eating a healthy salad for lunch every day for one week. By the end of that week you will feel the difference. Once you feel how great it is to eat healthy, your body will start to crave those healthy foods.
