Are You Complimenting Your Man Enough?

As a female it's only natural to want compliments non-stop. Hearing that you're beautiful every day isn't such a bad thing and when a couple days go by without hearing it, you get a little antsy and either hint or flat out tell him that you need to hear it. Guys are a little different when it comes to compliments. They aren't as vocal about telling you that they are low on compliments and need to hear it. Guys are just as emotional and needy as girls are, they just might not show it. If you want your man to feel loved and cared for, you need to show him the affection and the compliments that you'd want from him. Here are a few tips and guidelines to go by to see if you are showing your man enough love. 

A Little Encouragement 

A hard worker always deserves some praise. And if you ask me, there is definitely something sexy about a driven man. Show your man that you are proud of him for the work he put in on a project or a deal he closed. If his company review is coming up or he has a big presentation to present, tell him that you believe in him and that he is deserving of a raise or promotion.

Showing Interest

When your man is passionate about something, you need to show a little interest. We're not talking about investing your whole time or money into it, but just by doing a little research on the subject or be willing to invest some time with him doing it. If you're man is a sports fanatic, it's important to at least show him some interest by asking him how his favorite team is doing, or even be willing to attend a game with him. This will show him you are not only interested in your extracurrilculars, but his as well, which he will take note of. When  --- his friends

Passionate Looks 

A look across the room can make a world of difference. Have you ever been in a crowded room and locked eyes with a man? It makes you feel all types of ways. Out of all the people in the room, you were the one that he had interest in and all the people in the room suddenly disappeared. That look can still start a fire no matter how long you have been together. A sexy look or deep stare will make him feel wanted and desired. Although it is not a verbal compliment, this action will speak for itself.

He's Your Rock - Emotionally & Physically

Men like to be reassured that they are the only one for you. They want to hear and know that you are physically and emotionally attracted to them. If he's been working out, take note on that and compliment on his progress. And when it comes to emotional needs, make it known that he is your emotional rock. He should hear from you that you trust him and know that you can lean on him in a time of need.

He Makes You Better

Often, you need to tell your man how he has affected you. A great relationship takes two, and without him trying as much as you, your relationship wouldn't  be as great as it is today. Tell him how much you appreciate his love and how much he compliments you. Whether or not you feel that your life has changed, it certainly has with him in it, and most likely for the better. All the adventures you have been on, the nights in and out, you two are good for each other and he should hear that from you.
