Bill Cosby Won't Be Charged in Los Angeles Cases

Two down... more than 50 to go. Los Angeles prosecutors decided NOT to charge Bill Cosby in two sex assault cases there.

But he's still fighting dozens of other women who claim he drugged and raped them.

In one of the Los Angeles cases, 24-year-old Chloe Goins claims Bill Cosby attacked her at the Playboy mansion in 2008 when she was 18. The DA announced there just isn't enough evidence to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

In the other case, a woman claims Cosby raped her in 1965 when she was 17. The statute of limitations expired in that case.

The small glimmer of hope comes one week after the troubled comedian was arraigned on sex assault charges in Pennsylvania. He's free on $1 million bail.
