This is Getting UGLY! Angelina Says NO WAY To Brad's Filing For Joint Custody Of The Children

This is going to be war.

Drama continues in the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie divorce case, with the latest twist being Jolie’s insistence that Pitt not receive joint custody of the couple’s six children.

Pitt filed legal documents requesting joint custody Friday, according to TMZ. But Jolie’s having none of that, demanding that she receive sole custody and Pitt only getting visitation – at least “until he gets his shit together.” What’s more, Jolie only wants to grant monitored visitation.

The inciting incident for all this drama was a confrontation between Pitt and their child Maddox, which the LA County Department of Children and Family Services is still investigating. That department has also since expanded its research into a broader look at the family’s business.

Today, Jolie is demanding that the temporary agreement Pitt and her agreed to about custody (her as sole provider) becomes permanent, but it sounds like Pitt only accepted that while the DCFS investigation was ongoing.

Jolie’s insistence is likely fueled by her belief that Pitt has substance abuse issues, not to mention anger management problems.

Unfortunately, it’s looking like one of Jolie source’s prediction may be coming true, that we're in for a “War of the Roses redux.”
