Whether it's donating money to a charity, or visiting sick fans in the hospital, these celebs definitely know how to pull at our heartstrings.

Reeves spends huge amounts of his salary supporting charities like Stand Up To Cancer and the SickKids Foundation, the latter of which helps fund important surgery and care for children in hospitals who need it most.

In 2006, she personally donated over $5 million, mostly all toward Hurricane Katrina relief efforts in both Louisiana and Texas. O'Donnell also has her own charity called For All Kids, which focuses on helping children born into poverty.
