Chrissy Teigen's Response To People Catching Her Sleeping At The Oscar's Is Priceless

It seems like every other week, we’re calling Chrissy Teigen our spirit animal. And once again, she absolutely represented all of us in the most perfect and hilarious way possible.

The model and Twitter superstar was spotted snoozing multiple times in the middle of the Oscars ceremony.

It’s the most posh and prestigious award show on the planet, a once in a lifetime trip for only a very few people. But that doesn’t mean it’s always that exciting of an event. It’s three-straight hours of well-dressed famous people congratulating other well-dressed famous people for how famous they’ve become. 

This puts many people at home to sleep too. And now it’s even wearing out those in attendance. Teigen was caught sleeping not once, but twice during the ceremony.

The first time, Twitter thought it may have been an intentional ruse to throw shade at Casey Affleck, whom many hold in low-esteem due to his alleged sexual assault past. Anywho, Chrissy was caught on camera leaning on hubby John Legend during Affleck’s acceptance speech:

But any accusations of her making a statement were immediately dismissed when she was caught a second time, well after Affleck had left the stage.

So in reality, Teigen was just really sleepy.

As you can see, the internet had a field day with her little Oscars nap, but no one had a better response to her snooze than Teigen herself:
