Cinnamon French Toast Ice Cream Sandwiches

We’re not sure if this is a really unhealthy breakfast or a super satisfying dessert. Either way, Cinnamon French Toast Ice Cream Sandwiches are a yummy treat! Zelda aka our chief dessert taster gave us the nod of approval to use strawberry ice cream. We love the way it tastes sandwiched between the two slices of cinnamon toast! The easy to make heart shaped bread gave us a chance to break out our colorful heart cookie cutters and Zelda loved placing all of the sprinkles on the ice cream (sometimes one at a time!).
