Devoted Kim Kardashian is FEEDING Kanye in the Hospital as His Paranoia Worsens

Unbelievably, this sounds even worse than it did last week.

A source is saying that Kim Kardashian is literally feeding Kanye in his hospital bed, following his hospitalization for psychiatric evaluation.

Give Kim credit: she knew Ye was headed for a meltdown.

“She knew he couldn’t keep going the way he was,” says the source, adding, “Kim has been amazing.”

And ‘amazing’ may be putting it lightly, considering what the KUWTK star has been doing. “She has been by his side through all of this, helping to feed him and laying by his side.”

The drama started when Kanye began acting erratically at his concerts, culminating with an epic rant against everyone from Jay-Z to Hillary Clinton. The day after that head-scratcher, Ye cancelled the rest of his Saint Pablo tour, and within another 24 hours had been voluntarily committed to the UCLA Medical Center.

The disturbing details of his hospitalization have come hot and heavy since. While originally committed for “dehydration and sleep deprivation,” it’s since come out that Kanye’s battling depression and paranoia. He’s even become suspicious of the doctors trying to help him.

All of this is amid reports that he attacked someone at his gym, was handcuffed to his stretcher in the ambulance, and that the superstar rapper stands to make over $30 million off an insurance policy by getting himself committed.

But through it all, Kim’s been steadfast. The situation mirrors Khloe’s resolve during Lamar Odom’s overdose last year.
