Heigh-Ho! Disney Will Be Making A Live Action Snow White

Another month, another Disney live-action movie announcement. At least that's what it seems like.

A live-action Beauty and the Beast, Dumbo, and Tinkerbell are just around the corner, but as always, that's just the start of it.

During September 2016, we got the exhilarating news that Disney would be making a live action Lion King film, and now, there's going to be a live action Snow White! Heigh-ho, heigh-hooooo!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the classic fairy tale will be written by Erin Cressida Wilson, who wrote the adaption of The Girl on the Train, and produced by Marc Platt of Mary Poppins Returns. This is going to be good.

There's no official date for the film yet, but Disney fans everywhere are expecting some solidified live action dates at the D23 Expo.

Although we're obsessively dreaming about who they cast as Snow White, we have to expect the unexpected. Snow White is the youngest princess, at only 14 years old! While we'd love to see someone like Anne Hathaway or Lea Michele take on the role, the casting directors might be looking at someone a tad younger. Can someone say Millie Bobbie Brown? We can only dream!
