Don't Try This at Home: Fitness Trainers Purposefully Gain 60 Lbs Just to Prove They Can Lose It Again
Fitness gurus are taking over the internet and social media, with so many experts hoping to help you complete your goals. Well, husband and wife fitness training team, Sharny and Julius Kieser are making quite a name for themselves by showing potential clients how possible it is to lose weight within eight weeks through their program, by doing it themselves.
The mom and dad of six young kids recently gained weight after the birth of their youngest. They began posting content on their social media pages and fitness platforms pictures of their weight gain to show users that it does happen, to anyone. But soon the two decided to purposely pack on the pounds to show their followers how much of a transformation you can really go through within just eight weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. Keiser started to pig out, but became a little nervous when the snacking became too enjoyable and almost addictive. After gaining the weight the couple joined their own eight-week FitMum and FitDad programs, with weekly weigh ins on Facebook on their private group of fitness followers.
The couple's goal in their career as fitness advisors was to be real and not lead those looking for help astray with lies. Their own weight gain and weight loss is meant to help encourage their followers that it can be done.
With six young kids it's not easy finding time to work out and that means Sharny and Julius can't spend hours on end in the gym. So they incorporate their kids into their fitness programs. Many of Sharny's social media posts feature her breast feeding while working out.
After completely their eight-week program, both are back to their incredibly fit selves, which made them famous in the first place.
The Keiser couple began to make a name for themselves when they originally completed the eight-week program and lost an excessive amount of weight. Since then they've grown their followings dramatically on Facebook and online, hoping to help those looking to lose weight.
Their fanbase has grown since their transformations and now they even have a show on YouTube featuring their family.
