You really can’t make this stuff up! A dude jammed up traffic down at a busy Florida intersection last week…all to eat his pancakes in the middle of the street!

Kiaron Thomas, 21, is a regular jokester, recording funny videos with his friend, Travis Riley. Always thinking of new and creative ideas, they came up with the thought to have Kiaron take his breakfast to the road for a legendary prank!  "He was already cooking breakfast early that morning. We thought it would be funny if we took it into the street," Travis said to Inside Edition.

So literally, dude took his small kitchen chair and table out in the middle of an intersection, and ate his pancakes, eggs, and bacon like it was just another morning in his kitchen!

Watch the crazy prank below!

He was only in the road for a minute, but that was still enough to piss off drivers trying to get to work! So much so, that the cops were called. By the time Lakeland police got there, though, both Kiaron and Travis were gone. However, video of the whole thing later spread on Facebook, and that’s how the cops ultimately caught up with Kiaron. "They were really mad," Kiaron said the police visited his house.

Obviously, Kiaron tried to explain that it was just a prank, but the cops weren’t having it! "Love a good joke but not at the expense of others. Sitting in an intersection and stopping traffic is a ridiculous prank and inconsiderate of others," police wrote on Facebook after people came to the guy’s defense. Kiaron was charged with placing an obstruction in the roadway and disrupting the free flow of traffic, and has to go to court next month. Damn!

Though he and Travis are already planning a new prank, Kiaron admitted he’s not going to try anything like this again. "I can't really say I have regrets. But if I knew it was going to get me in trouble, I wouldn't have done it,” he said. "We want to spread love. We didn't mean no harm."

At the time, can’t say I wouldn’t be heated if I was late because of some guy in the street eating pancakes. But it was all in good fun. Hopefully, he gets off easy in court!
