Everything Bagel Grilled Cheese

Bagel Grilled Cheese
Public Lives, Secret Recipes

There is truly no going wrong with a recipe when the three ingredients include a bagel, cheese (lots of it), & butter. In fact, some of our favorite meals are made from a combination of those ingredients: toasted bagel with butter & melted cheese on a bagel. That’s when we got the idea to combine the two & take them entirely to the next level. Ladies & gentlemen, we present to you the Everything Bagel Grilled Cheese! One of our easiest recipes ever to create, this delicious masterpiece is our latest weekly indulgence. It’s extremely filling, unbelievably satisfying, & takes only about 5-10 minutes to make. Win, win, & win!

We’re a little bummed it took us so long to realize we should swap out bread for a bagel when making grilled cheese but we’re super excited to have discovered this creation. If you love grilled cheese on it’s own, you’re going to go crazy for this recipe. The everything bagel adds loads of flavor to the sandwich & it can work for either breakfast, lunch, or an incredible snack. If you’re like us this will be your Friday night in treat served with a glass of wine (classy we know…). However we can only imagine how delicious this would taste after a long night out! Everything bagel not your thing? Feel free to try with any other kind: plain, sesame, heck if you can score a french toast bagel we have a feeling that would be a pretty incredible combination!
