Twins...Then Triplets? Dad of Twins Faints When He Finds Out Wife Is Also Having Triplets

Having twins seems like a real handful. You gotta be ready. But having triplets?!!! And triplets...when you already have twins?!!! OMG. What would you do?

This dad fainted! We completely understand, too. LOL. He and his wife already have 2-year-old twins and now they're expecting triplets next year!

Nia and Robert Tolbert had their first child in 2011. When they got pregnant again in 2015, it was with twins. Now Nia Tolbert is pregnant with triplets. It seems like one more baby gets added each time. Are quadruplets next or what??

Nia Tolbert found out the good news back in August. The ultrasound shows multiple buns in the oven, and Nia assumed that she would have twins again. But nope -- the doctor told her she was in fact having triplets.

Nia decided to surprise her hubby with the news by wrapping a note, the sonogram and 3 onesies in a gift bag. 

Well, the news about triplets was the last thing Robert was expecting. In fact, he initially thought his wife had finally got him that FitBit he'd been wanting! Uhhh, not quite...

Written on the note card were some heartfelt words from Nia: "Please accept this gift from me and God."

Three babies at once is a helluva gift! This couple is going to have an exhausting year, but it'll all be worth it!

As Nia said, "We're not too concerned. I know we're not going to sleep for a couple years, our grocery bill is going to go up, and our house is not going to be quiet and that's OK."

But initially, Robert was so overwhelmed and surprised by the news that he FAINTED.

"I was just shocked," Robert said. "I just went straight to bed."

Yeah, we don't blame you, Robert! Take a nap now, while you still can!!

After recovering from the initial shock, Robert and Nia are both thrilled about the news. They've already started planning and making room for the new babies, who will be girls. 

Nia and Robert are happy that they'll have a balanced family with 3 boys and 3 girls. You have to admit--it's a pretty picture-perfect image.
