Pilot Has A Major In-Flight Meltdown Over The Intercom & Passengers Freak Out

Passengers on a United Airlines flight were scared to death after their female pilot had a full blown breakdown right before takeoff!

The female pilot was supposed to fly the plane from Austin to San Francisco this past weekend, but was late. Wearing regular clothes instead of her actual uniform, she got on the intercom to explain to the passengers about the delay. It seemed just like a joke at first to everybody. “She said, ‘Sorry I’m late, the reason I’m late is I’m going through a divorce,'” said passenger Randy Reiss.

But her speech went from a little funny to downright scary. She proceeded to go on a random rant, breaking down about everything from her divorce to the presidential election, calling both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton “assholes.” The pilot even started going on and on about how she was going to be on Oprah! Only…....Oprah’s talk show has been off the air since 2011.

The passengers, of course, saw clear as day that this woman was unstable and shouldn’t be nowhere near a cockpit! She started to see that people were getting uneasy, and even said, “Okay, if you don’t feel safe, get off the plane, but otherwise we can go.” Psshhhh….exit stage left! Though he was sympathetic towards her mental health, Randy saw right then and there that he needed to get his carry on and get the hell up off the plane. “Being a pilot is a tough and stressful job; she was just not equipped today to do it,” he said. About 20 other passengers followed suit!

The flight ended up being delayed two hours as authorities came to remove the pilot off the plane. United even released a statement before the plane even took off which said: “We hold our employees to the highest standards and replaced this pilot with a new one to operate the flight, which we expect will depart shortly. We apologize to our customers for the inconvenience.”

Hopefully, this woman does get the help she needs, but man, this is wild. Thankfully, she didn't fly with that kind of mind state because God only knows what could've happened.
