Fired Bus Driver Who Beat Up Passenger Says the Guy Had it Coming! [VIDEO]

Spitting in someone's face is one of the most disrespectful things you could ever do. Makes you mad just thinking about it, doesn't it? That's exactly why a bus driver in Milwaukee says he kicked a passenger's a**!

Well, make that former bus driver. Alvin Bates was fired, after 29 years on the job, when video of the attack surfaced. He says it all started when he asked the man to quickly board the bus.

"When he spat in my face, I kind of lost it," Bates said.

Can you blame him?

"Being spat upon is assault," he said. "They have signs posted on the buses saying it is punishable by a $10,000 fine and two years in prison, or both."

What do you think? Grounds for termination? Or the guy had it coming?
