Foods That Make YOU Sweeter (Wink, Wink)
There are some topics that everyone wonders about, even if they’re not discussing it at the work. Or with friends. Or shoot, even at home. One of them would be how to make sure you don't taste strange....down there. Because, well…you know.
First let’s get this out in the open. Vaginas are self-cleaning. This means you don’t need to be doing a ton of douching (the less the better), if there is a strong odor, you should consult your physician and no matter what you eat, it will never be a trip to Baskin Robbins.
At the same time, a woman’s natural chemistry is made to entice a man all on its own. These foods simply help you to better understand your body chemistry, help to control the scent and keep your pH levels on point. And yes, to an extent, can make “her” sweeter too!
1. Strawberries
Strawberries are a low-calorie fruit that has all sorts of health benefits. The Vitamin C in them help to keep your immune system in great shape while boosting your collagen levels and fighting off cancer. They also help to lower your cholesterol levels, improve your eyesight and thanks to the antioxidants and phytochemicals that are in them, strawberries help to reduce body inflammation too. What does any of this have to do with your vagina? Well, studies indicate that yeast and bacterial infections are oftentimes linked to a compromised immune system. The healthier you are, the healthier and happier your vagina will be!
2. Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
Every woman should have a bottle of cranberry juice in her refrigerator. Not only is it proven to help keep UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections) away, but the flavonoids in it are good for your heart. Cranberry juice is also low in calories, so it’s a wonderful drink that can help you to lose weight. As far as your vagina, the acidic level in cranberry juice, along with the proanthocyanidins helps to keep bacteria at bay. And there’s something about how the juice, combined with your fluids, helps to make things so much more…pleasant. Just make sure that it’s unsweetened. Sugar and your lady-parts are not the best of friends, so none of the juice cocktail stuff.
3. Pineapple
If you like tropical fruits, then you’re probably already in love with pineapples. But have you ever wondered why they’re good for you? Pineapples are high in Vitamin C while having no fat. So, you can enjoy the sweet taste without any of the guilt. Vitamin C also helps to fight off free radicals and prevent cell damage. Pineapples also contain high bromelain levels that can help to reduce blood clots. And although not scientifically proven, MANY people say it makes vaginas smell and taste better. We’re assuming it’s because of the acids that it has in it.
4. Yogurt
5. Mint
6. Water
Your body is made up of mostly water and your vagina produces fluids to keep it clean, so of course, you need to drink plenty of water to keep everything A-OK down there! Water also flushes out toxins, so it removes bacteria that can alter your vagina’s smell and even the texture of your discharge. If you drink some water with mint and strawberry slices in it, just think how much better your vagina will be! “Everyone involved” will be thankful for your efforts. Guaranteed.
