This Girl Surprised Her Prom Date By Walking For The First Time In 10 Months & The Video Will Make You Ugly-Cry

Only three things in life are certain: death, taxes, and the fact that the following video will make you shed tears of joy.

Morgan, a San Antonio, Texas, student who goes by the Twitter handle @aeonianlife, has been wheelchair-bound due to conversion disorder for the past 10 months after suffering complications during surgery, indy100 reports. But when Morgan's prom date Tarik arrived at her house over the weekend to take her to the dance, she surprised him by walking toward him unassisted — and his reaction was priceless, to say the least:

"How did you do that?!" Tarik exclaims. "Y'all got me good!" 

In a tweet from earlier that night, Morgan had described Tarik as "one of my best supporters." (*cue even more tears*)

The 48-second video of her big reveal has been liked more than one million times (and counting) on Twitter, and people's reactions to it are just everything:

Conversion disorder is a mysterious ailment in which a person suffers blindness, paralysis, or other neurological symptoms that can't be medically explained. It's considered a mental illness, and sufferers must often contend with medical professionals who believe they're "faking it." However, psychological distress manifesting as physical symptoms is very common: One study found that anywhere from 25 to 72 percent of visits to primary care physicians involve psychosomatic symptoms.
