Did you watch the show, fam??  There were lots of surprises, sweeps and snubs at the 60th Annual Grammys

The night was huge for Bruno Mars, who won three out of the four major categories for 24K Magic and That's How I Like It.

But JAY-Z, who was up for eight awards, went home empty-handed. (Reminiscent of last year, when his wife Beyonce was blanked for Lemonade.)

James Corden hosted the big show from Madison Square Garden in New York - the Grammy’s return to the city after 15 years.

Here are some of most buzzed about highlights:

  • Kendrick Lamar opened the show with a political set, which included Bruno Mars, Cardi B, SZA, Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee, U2, and Sam Smith.
  • U2 presented Bruno Mars with the award for album of the year. Mars said to the other nominees, "You guys are the reason I'm in the studio pulling my hair out, because I know you will only come with top shelf artistry."
  • SZA, the most-nominated female, went home with no awards. In fact, only one woman won a major Grammy: Alessia Cara nabbed Best New Artist.
  • Bruno Mars gave a killer performance with Cardi B, taking it 90s old-school onstage.
  • Kids stole the show: Blue Ivy’s shushing of her parents JAY-Z and Queen Bey went viral, as did JD McCrary, the boy who performed with Childish Gambino.

Twitter went wild with responses to the show.
