Half-Headed Florida Man Named 'Halfy' Arrested For Half-Brained Idea

This modasucka doesn't just look crazy... he says he IS crazy. Meet Carlos Rodriguez, better known as "Halfy," the man with a half a head from Miami. 

This ain't Photoshop. Halfy, who's now 31, says he got high as a kite when he was 14, then jumped behind the wheel of a car...

"I was barred out on drugs. I was driving, and I hit a pole and I flew out the front window and landed on my head," Halfy said.

You'd think that would keep him from ever doing drugs again, right? Wrong! This modasucka hit the blunt hard in a YouTube video while telling kids to "Just say no to drugs."

"That is why it's no good drinking and driving... or drugness and driving. No good, kids. No good."

Yeah, he really said "drugness."

Halfy recently got busted on attempted murder and arson charges for setting his mattress on fire, according to NBC Miami. Cops say he nearly burned down his duplex and his neighbor's house. 

When asked why he did it, Halfy said he has "mental issues." 

He's also been arrested over the years for public intoxication, burglary, possession of weed and trying to get it on with a hooker.
