Here's What Guys Really Think About Period Sex

As women, we tend to be overly self-conscious about our bodies during sex, and if there's ever a time to be more self-conscious, it's when it's our time of the month. Yes, I'm talking about the elephant in the room (ahem, period sex).

We've all done it. Or at the very least thought about doing it. And while more often than not we don't mind it (depending the day), it's of course largely dependent on the guy.

We asked the men of Reddit to share their thoughts on the hotly debated subject to see just how many really care about period sex. Is it all in our heads? Take a look and see for yourself:

A little blood never scared this guy.

"Meh, throw a towel down and take a shower after. No big deal. Seriously, what's so scary about blood?"

This guy on the other hand...smh.

"I dont want blood in my dick... Nay!"

This guy is grammatically correct.

"The only thing a period stops is the end of a sentence"

This guy has stipulations.

"Intercourse? Sure, with a condom. Oral sex? Hell no."

This guy's answer was straight and to the point.

"Not for me."

This guy apparently isn't a fan of surprises.

"I had suprise period sex one time, my dick looked like a fucking murder weapon. I showered, left, and never talked to her again."

This guy isn't afraid of a "bit of blood."

"Hey it's just a bit of blood, and if she gets off on it then wrap it up if you have to."

This guy is indifferent.

"I don't really care."

This guys got jokes, sorta.

"Get your Red Wings!"

This guy makes a good point.

"Yes don't let her be on top! I've seen the aftermath of this."

So, turns out it's heavily dependent on the kind of man (or shall I say boy) you're dealing with. But, if you have a vagina (and of course a dark towel) you're more than likely OK to proceed and not feel bad about it.
