How Do I Increase My Sex Drive?

If you're on the pill and feeling less thirsty (the sexy kind), ask your doctor about switching doses or drug-type. Certain pills can actually decrease your libido, lowering your sex drive. If you're on the pill, you may as well be doing the deed, right?
4. Eliminate pain
If sex is painful, it totally makes sense why you wouldn't want to do it. Enter a lubricant. Things get much easier when there's lube involved. I recommend trying a silicon variety as those can also be used in the shower!
5. Eat clean to play dirty
There is some evidence of an unhealthy diet causing a weaker sex drive. When I heard that, I cleaned up my diet REAL FAST! Add some well-known aphrodisiacs, like avocados and strawberries, to really wake up your libido.
6. Limit your alcohol intake
A glass of wine or a single cocktail can help increase your desire to be intimate. But overindulging in spirits can totally harsh your sexual buzz. You want to be flirty, not sloppy.
7. Sleep
I mean literally sleep. Getting enough shut-eye is paramount to a healthy sexually appetite. God forbid you fall asleep while doing it!
