Halloween Scary Monster Nacho Tacos

I think I could eat a taco every day if I ever decided to relinquish all self-control. So it only seemed appropriate to include Scary Monster Nacho Tacos on my Halloween table. And let’s be honest – when are tacos not appropriate? I will say aside from eating them, the highlight of this recipe was when Zelda sat on hers (see the few seconds leading up to the incident below).

This of course incited a whole mess of tears (which made me feel guilty for laughing a tiny bit at first). Thankfully, the situation was rectified when I reassured her that the taco was still okay to eat. I’m not sure what’s worse about sitting on a taco – that it’s all over your bottom or that it’s no longer assembled for consumption. Zelda definitely thinks the latter.
