If you’ve gotten the Double-Double animal style, or just the plain ol’ hamburger at In-N-Out, you helped build the fortune of founders Harry and Esther Snyder. According to the famous jingle, “That’s what a hamburger’s all about!” #ChaChing!

Once they passed on, the Snyder’s riches fell to their only child, Lynsi. She’s been making the most of it, enjoying a lavish lifestyle. But she’s ready to move on. The hamburger heiress has put her L.A. digs on the market for a paltry $19.799 million. (At that price, why not just round it off to an even $20 mil?)

Now 35, America’s youngest female billionaire bought the four-acre Mediterranean estate through her trust just a few years ago in 2012, shelling out $17.4 million to its previous owner, baseball player Adrián Beltré. It was pocket change, in the scheme of things: Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson inherited sole ownership of the West Coast no-frills burgers and fries chain in 2006 and now Forbes estimates her stake in the biz at $1.3 billion. Yes, billion.

She’s been married four times—wow, that’s a lot of alimony!—and has four children. She mostly keeps to herself, and out of the spotlight. According to People.com, Snyder-Ellingson has two tattoos dedicated to Jesus: “It’s part of a Bible verse. Matthew 6:10. It says, ‘Your kingdom come, your will be done,’” she said of the first. The second one reads “hated” referencing John 15:18, “where Jesus says—this is paraphrased—‘Do not be surprised when the world hates you, for it hated me.'”

Snyder-Ellingson is described as an avid drag-racer. “I’m a lot like my dad, a little bit of a daredevil,” she told Orange Coast of her fave hobby. “I like an adrenaline rush. My dad took me to the racetrack for the first time when I was 2 or 3.” A couple of years ago, she made an appearance on Jay Leno’s Garage to show off her father’s 1941 Willys Coupe and “talk cars and burgers.”

But let’s get back to the mansion, because we can totally afford it, right?

The humble abode, situated in the equestrian community of Bradbury Estates, is 18,700 square feet over two stories including a cool “Scarface” double staircase, and has 10 bedrooms, 13 full bathrooms, plus a three-bedroom detached guest house. Other amenities include a wine cellar, home theater, game room, spa, side-by-side tennis and basketball courts, an indoor batting cage and a gym and dance studio. Variety reports the home has “an economy car-sized crystal chandelier” in the foyer as well as a “soaring, 35-foot high custom painted ceiling.”

But, probably no yellow-arrow signs. Hey, can't have everything!

While she did inherit major cheddar, we gotta hand it to her: Snyder-Ellingson has an impressive head for biz. She’s worked smart to add to her fortune. “Lynsi has capitalized on In-N-Out’s cult following on the West Coast, expanding its locations by 29 percent to more than 320 since she took over,” Forbes wrote. What’s more, the chain is expanding into Colorado, where it will build a beef-patty production facility and distribution center in Colorado Springs. Revenue should generate at least another mansion or three.
