ISIS Claims Responsibility in Paris 'Act of War' That Killed 128 People

Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of France as ISIS claims responsibility for the string of coordinated shootings and blasts... that killed 128 people in Paris.

The U.S. Embassy says Americans are among the 180 injured in Friday's attacks.

French President Francois Hollande calls it an "act of war" as eight ISIS militants, all wearing explosive belts and armed with machine guns, attacked six precisely selected targets across Paris.

The targets included bars, restaurants, a rock concert, and a high-profile soccer match... with President Hollande in the crowd.

The aftermath is horrific. A bloodbath.
