Say What? JetBlue Flight Forced to Land After Man Bites Other Passengers
Flying just isn't what it used to be. Folks are out there bugging out!
Case in point: A JetBlue flight recently had to land because a man decided to start biting and attacking people!
According to CBS LA, the flight was leaving the Los Angeles International Airport heading to New York's JFK Airport when the unidentified man starting acting a plum fool.
Passengers told the news station that somewhere over Utah, he suddenly began biting his seatmates, who were apparently his friends. Homies or not, his bizarre behavior caused a serious scene, alarming the flight's staff and other passengers.
Of course, folks took out their phones to record this nonsense. Take a look:
As it was all going down, other folks tried to jump in and calm him down. Too bad, it didn't work.
CBS LA reported that doctors on the flight were trying to examine him and his victims, but he wasn't having any of that. HE ATTACKED THEM IN RETURN!
Another passenger said he jumped in to help restrain the man. “I grabbed his hands behind his back and held him there while the flight attendants put the restraints on him,” said a man who asked to only be identified as Tom. “At that point, he started yelling and tried to come towards the flight attendant, behind me, at the time. I really had a hell of a time keeping him in place there.”
WE BET YOU DID! WHAT A MESS!!!
Soon after, the pilot had to divert the plane to Las Vegas where police were waiting for this man and took him into custody.
In all of this drama, we still don't know what set this guy off. However, a spokesperson for JetBlue assured that after the man was escorted off the plane, "remaining customers resumed their scheduled flight to New York without further incident.”
Well, at least there's that.
