A young Washington D.C. lawyer just pulled an epic prank on Kellyanne Conway – this might just be the best use of a selfie we’ve ever seen.

Alfredo Pelicci was dining at Lupo Verde in D.C. when he spotted Conway. She was flanked by a bodyguard, but that didn’t stop Pelicci from swinging for the fences.

He marched right up to Conway and asked for a selfie. Which must have seemed like a rare positive moment for Conway; Trump’s advisor has been taking a flogging for months over her repeated public missteps. Democrats and Republicans alike aren’t rushing up to her for autographs.

So she was understandably willing to snap the pic with a ‘fan’. But Pelicci had other plans:

The video shows the lawyer queuing Conway to, “Say, ‘I’m ruining America!'”

Which, unsurprisingly, Conway didn’t love. After she processed what had just happened, she looked at Pelicci and said, “Happy? You must feel really brave saying that.”

And while the video cuts there, Conway reportedly wasn’t done. On her way out of the restaurant, she continued berating Pelicci for the stunt -- or as he puts it, she, “became a little more agitated.”

“She kept continually saying, ‘You’re so brave! You should be happy!’ and her tone became less professional as I was walking away,” he added.

While Conway wasn’t thrilled with the interaction, Pelicci became a viral superstar overnight, with the love pouring in from all over the internet:

Pelicci admits he’s surprised the video’s gained so much traction, but he’s happy that he’s, “[gotten] a message across.”

“This administration is threatening the safety of transgender students, is actively targeting religious minorities, and is tearing apart families that have been in this country for nearly their whole lives,” he said days after shooting the video. “They should feel the shame of those actions everywhere they go — and they definitely will in the very blue Washington, D.C.”
