Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Have Fired Their Main Bodyguard Following Kim's Paris Robbery
The Kardashian-Wests have reportedly been planning on beefing up protection after Kim was violently robbed in Paris a month ago — and apparently that includes a security team overhaul.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have fired their main bodyguard, Pascal Duvier, who was notably missing from Kardashian's Paris apartment while she was being robbed, two unnamed sources told Entertainment Tonight.
Duvier, who was out with Kim's sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner the night of the robbery, had worked with Kim since 2013 and Kanye since 2012.
"Pascal, along with a couple other security members of their team, were recently let go by Kim and Kanye," one of the sources told ET. "It's a pretty tough situation overall and they love Pascal, but they couldn't take any more chances."
Many pointed their fingers at Duvier after news of the robbery broke. He wiped his social media accounts of any mention of Kim as it was revealed he filed for bankruptcy several weeks prior to the incident.
Duvier was last seen with the Kardashian-Wests about a month ago as he put luggage into a vehicle while the family left a New York City apartment, ET noted.
Duvier is reportedly "moving on" after being let go, a source close to him told ET, and will be joining singer Fergie at her shows when her next album is released.
