Kim Kardashian West wasn't kidding when she said she would be laying low after the robbery. While her family continues to have a presence on social media, Kardashian West has remained completely silent since the Paris robbery on October 2nd. A source told Entertainment Tonight she's not planning on coming back to social media or work anytime soon.

"There is not a big plan in place for her comeback," the source stated. "It's only been a week. She is still staying off the grid and away from everything."

A source told E News that she's been having "flashbacks and isn't sleeping well." "Kim is very paranoid still when she is alone."  the source tells E News. "Her security is always around her now."

Her husband Kanye West is finishing up his Saint Pablo world tour, but is still constantly checking in on his wife. Kim is currently receiving some professional counseling and getting extra support from her mom and her sisters. Considering she will be losing up to $1 million a month by taking a hiatus from social media, she's showing the world her dedication to her family and mental health.

Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian told Ellen Degeneres this past Tuesday that Kim is "not doing that well."

"I mean, it's incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we'll get through it together, and we do appreciate all of your guys' love and support and it will take time," Khloe explained. "You know it was horrible what happened to her."

Although the Kardashian family is slowly adjusting back to their normal lives, this tragic event really opened their eyes.

"Well, I think it's just a wake up call to make a lot of life adjustments. This is a really serious matter for Kim I think that's really personal as to when that emotional terror you could move on from that," Khloe said. "I think for us it's all a wake up call for all of us, but definitely just to make sure our sister's OK."
