Even when he’s in the hospital, Kanye’s influence can be felt. The rapper “conceptualized” the shoot for the sisters, which features them rolling around in the dirt wearing products from his Yeezy Season 3 line. Why designer clothes should be advertised while covered in filth remains a mystery, but hey, #highfashion.

This wasn’t the only titillating shot of the sisters. Another photo, so far posted exclusively to Instagram, features Kim and Khloe wearing revealing body suits and boots in the shower.

It’s unclear exactly when this shoot took place, especially given Kim’s recent retreat from the spotlight and Kanye’s hospitalization for psychiatric evaluation.
