LAPD Officer Walks Free After Video Footage Shows Him Shooting At Unarmed An 13-Year-Old Boy

Thanks to modern technology, an off-duty Los Angeles police officer has been captured shooting at a group of teenagers during a confrontation with a 13-year-old boy, now identified as Christian Dorscht.

According to KTLA, the whole thing went down on Tuesday afternoon in Anaheim, California, just steps away from Disneyland, "the happiest place on earth." Anaheim police said the incident began due to “ongoing issues with juveniles walking across the officer’s property.”

Police are now claiming Dorscht threatened the off-duty-officer, however, there is no evidence of that in the video. However, the video does show the officer grabbing onto the boy as the boy and his friends try to escape.

While no one was actually shot, the officer's actions were disgusting and uncalled for. As expected, the officer was not arrested, but the Dorscht and one of his friends were.

“I still fear for our lives, for him living right down the street from us,” the mother of the 13-year-old Christian said. “Him being an officer.”

Christian's father isn't feeling too happy about the whole situation either.

"I'm pretty pissed off about what happened. You could talk to anybody, my son has very good manners. He does good in school and isn't disrespectful or anything like that," he said. "We're going to find legal representation and be suing. This is B.S. Even the cops, when they got there, they had all the kids down. They didn't even go after the guy."

We hope justice is served...but knowing the system...we have very low expectations.
