'Love and Basketball" & Baby! Couple Celebrates Pregnancy Recreating Classic Movie Photos

Love and Basketball has to be one of the top 10 best romantic movies of all time. Even non-romantics have gotta love the fiery chemistry between Sanaa Lathan and Omar Epps characters in this classic film. 17 years after the original, we have a remake in the form of a pregnancy photo shoot gone viral.

New parents Tiffy and Brian shared their pregnancy photos on social media and they quickly went viral for PERFECTLY capturing the essence of love from the original movie. 

With Tiffy as Monica (Sanaa Lathan) and Brian as Quincy (Omar Epps), the two have totally nailed these iconic images. They of course added a new character to the mix… the baby-to-be! That baby bump tho!

So what inspired this amazing recreation? Clearly, basketball plays an important role in Tiffy and Brian’s romance. The two share a passion for basketball that rivals their passion for each other. 

Photographer Nelson Cosey did an amazing job of capturing these moments for the couple, who live in New Orleans, LA. Mama-to-be was 31 weeks pregnant at the time of the shoot, looking fabulous and fit!

A few weeks later on September 18, baby boy Bryant made his debut. Mom Tiffy joked around that “ball is life” but “he can be whatever he wants.” We’re sure he’ll enjoy weekends on the court with Mom and Dad.

Man, this sure makes settling down look good! We wish this couple the happiest of movie endings.
