Mike Comrie, Hilary Duff's Ex-Husband, Accused of Rape During Threesome In Los Angeles

The former Mr. Hilary Duff is in seriously hot water.

Mike Comrie has been accused of rape. The incident allegedly occurred inside his West Los Angeles condo – the woman says she was violated multiple times, but Comrie says she consented.

The events took place on a Saturday night. The woman met Comrie in a bar, then they went back to his place.

Sources say that no one’s denying they had sex, but shortly after leaving Comrie’s home that night, the woman drove to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and had a rape kit administered.

Those same sources are claiming that Comrie and the woman have known each other for a long time, and that they weren’t alone: the encounter was apparently a three-way, and the second woman involved hasn’t filed a complaint.

LAPD is investigating the incident. So far, it sounds like Comrie hasn’t spoken to police about the matter.

Comrie played in the NHL for over 13 years for a number of teams, though outside of hockey he’s best known for his marriage to Duff. They divorced in 2015 and have one child together.
