There's a state of emergency in Paris where dozens of people are reported dead after a series of what appears to be coordinated terror attacks. We're talking shootings, explosions, and a horrific hostage situation.

The numbers are heartbreaking with at least 60 killed... and 100 hostages. Sadly, the death toll may rise.

In one attack, gunmen reportedly stormed a concert hall armed with AK-47s... opening fire on law enforcement... then randomly started shooting people in the crowd.

It's horrific.

You can hear one explosion going off in a video from a French-Germany soccer match. French President PresidentFrancois Hollande was actually inside at the time. He's since been evacuated... and has declared a State of Emergency.

"This is an attack not just on Paris, not just on the people on France, but an attack on all humanity and the universal values we share," President Obama said while speaking to the nation Friday. "Outrageous attempt to terrorize innocent civilians."

U.S. counterterrorism officials say there is no indications of threats to American soil... so far.

No one has claimed responsibility, but there are suspicions that this is an ISIS attack.
