'Pastafarian' Wins Right to Wear Spaghetti Strainer in Driver's License Picture

We've heard of Rastafarians. Yeah, mon! But Pastafarians? Nah, mon.

Well, it's a thing... and most belong to the "Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster." Seriously.

It's a movement that basically pokes fun at religion. And get this, a Pastafarian just won the right to wear a spaghetti strainer on her head... in her driver's license photo!

Originally, the State of Massachusetts told her -- hell no!

Well, Miller appealed, saying it's her religious right... and won. Oh, did we mention her attorney is from the American Humanist Association? We can't make this stuff up, y'all.

Now we're hungry. Spaghetti, anyone?
