"That Sounds About Right": Faith Evans Not Surprised Police Lost Gun That KiIled Tupac
Faith Evans ain't got time for the LAPD and their shenanigans. By now you might have heard that they police found the murder weapon that killed Tupac...but then lost it! What!!!
According to TMZ, Faith isn't surprised that police lost the gun used to murder Tupac. Faith, who is very familiar with the unsolved murder of her own husband, legendary rap icon, The Notorious B.I.G, has experienced this type of nonsense first hand.
Remember, Biggie was shot to death in 1997, a year after Pac was murdered. The two murders go down in Hip Hop history as two of our biggest losses of hip hop royalty. Yet, 20 years later, still nobody knows who murdered these legends.
The mystery of the unsolved murders still haunts the hip hop game...but could police be close to solving the case with new info about the glock that killed Pac? Nah, Faith ain't buying it. Check out what she had to say when TMZ caught up with her at LAX.
Ok so here's the deal about the unearthing of the gun that killed Tupac. According to TMZ, the gun was found in 1998 in a Compton backyard...and then it disappeared. LAPD supposedly transferred it to Las Vegas, where it was rejected because they didn't believe it was the murder weapon and sent it back to LA.
In the midst of the back and forth, no one truly knew where the gun went. However, producers from the TV network A & E spoke with Detective Timothy Brennan, who worked the Biggie murder case. He thinks the LAPD still has the gun in their custody. Hmmmmm
Now that's a lot. Either way, Faith ain't got time for the games. Faith has no faith in the LAPD and according to TMZ Live Faith doesn't think they will ever solve the Biggie or Tupac murder cases. She even responded to the loss of Tupac's murder weapon with "that sounds about right."
Could this be the break in the case that Hip Hop fans have been waiting for? Faith isn't holding her breath.
