Settle The Debate Once And For All - Team Pumpkin Pie Or Team Sweet Potato Pie?

Hands down, dessert is one of the best parts of the Thanksgiving meal! We think most can agree. But, the one thing that can make or break any Thanksgiving dessert table is the WRONG pie! Y'all know exactly what we're talking about. You invited your white friends over, cuz y'all are just mad cool like that...and they offered to bring one of granny's homemade pies. Sounds good! The turkey, dressing, and fixings were on point! Then dessert time rolls around, you see the pie, and go in for the kill. It looks like sweet potato, smells like sweet potato, you go in for that first bite and you STOP -- IT'S PUMPKIN! What the.....

Which one of you committed this crime - who bought PUMPKIN pie? This pie has got to go and so does the perpetrator who disrespected the dessert!

Now, we suspect this might have happened on the flip side of things if you invited your black friends over to your Aunt Suzy's turkey day dinner. You ended up with sweet potato but we already know - you were expecting pumpkin.

So let's settle this once and for all... Are you team pumpkin or sweet potato?
