St. Louis Rams Stedman Bailey Expected to Survive After Being Shot in the Head
There's encouraging news as St. Louis Rams receiver Stedman Bailey remains in critical condition after being shot twice in the head. Head Coach Jeff Fisher announced Friday that Bailey is expected to survive.
But there's no word on the extent of his injuries... or if he will ever play football again.
Bailey was shot in what appears to be a drive-by shooting as he sat in a car Tuesday in Miami Gardens, Florida. The gunman has not been caught.
At the time of the shooting, Bailey was already on suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.
