Swallowing Sperm Could Have Major Healthy Benefits
Don't let your man know about this, but a recent study noted that swallowing could help you out in the long run when it comes to living a healthier life.
Yeah, you read that right girl. There are some health benefits of sperm out there. A study published in Nature Medicine claims that the spermidine found in semen (just a fancy name for a chemical in your man's little soldiers) helped the rats they tested when it came to heart function, and reduced blood pressure. Those things of course increased the rats' lives overall. Interesting...
If you are more about your man pulling out before he comes or spitting, don't worry. That same chemical can be also be found in numerous aged cheeses, cauliflower, mushrooms, chicken liver, peas, dried soybeans and plenty of other foods that don't come out of your man's nether region. So if he does stumble upon this and says he's just worried about your health the next time you go down on him, and you're not into it - tell him you'll grab some cheese instead.
If you're lactose intolerant though, you can always go a weird route and cook with sperm. Yeah, that's a thing that people do. We're not sure we're about it, but if someone wants to give it a try and tell us how it goes...we'll listen.
While that study in Nature Medicine has made these claims, one of the co-authors of it, Dr. Frank Mateo, told Medical Daily to hold up. He noted that it's far too soon in their research to say if sperm holds any sort of health miracle because they aren't sure humans will indeed react the same was as the rats. Dr. Simon Sedej, told Medical Daily that the best way to get spermidine in your body is to take a supplement....
Your man's not going to like that ruling, but we’re sure this will be one health study they will be keeping tabs on. So in the end you can either take a rat’s word for it and swallow up for the supposed health benefits of sperm, or go a different route with some aged cheese, or some store bought supplements to help your heart get through another day.
