"I️ Remember Sleeping On Everyone’s Couch"--Grammy Nominee SZA Started From The Bottom Now She's...Everywhere

If you've ever needed some inspiration, SZA's recent Instagram post will surely light a fire under you. Nominated for five...that's right five Grammy awards for the upcoming 2018 season, SZA kept it real for fans about her journey to success. Check out her awesomely humbled 'gram post. 

Wow! No matter your struggle, this is something we all can relate to. Who hasn't had to battle with insecurities on top of being flat out broke? Well, maybe not everyone, but we ain't talking about them.  SZA is speaking to us who had a situation, or maybe still have one...as motivation to fight the good fight. It's a much needed NEVER GIVE UP message.  "I️ remember feeling like damn maybe I suck. maybe I️ should try something else ? Maybe I’m jus wasting space .." she writes. If that isn't transparent enough for you, she reveals begging her record label president, Punch, for writers to help her come up with material for her album Ctrl. She was definitely in a dark place.

But clearly, her persistence paid off. 

SZA is nominated for Best New Artist, Best Urban Contemporary Album, Best R&B Performance (“The Weekend”), Best R&B Song (“Supermodel”), and Best Rap/Sung Performance (“Love Galore”). From living off of chips and guacamole to being up for one of the most acclaimed musical awards ever. #AnythingIsPossible 

Hats off to SZA and we can't wait to see how many Grammys she takes home...hopefully all five!
