Take That! Diddy Announces That He's Hip Hop's First Billionaire

It looks like hip hop has just birthed it's very first billionaire: Sean John Combs, otherwise known as "Diddy."

The 47-year-old rapper released a video on YouTube making the announcement. In the video, Diddy can be see indulging in his luxurious lifestyle while eating salmon and wearing a navy blue blazer and gold chains. He then shouts, "A young boy from Harlem, I couldn’t even be a waiter. They didn’t want me to be a waiter, so you know what I did? I became a billionaire."

While his claims are unverified, they do make sense. Diddy has topped Forbes list of top-earners in hip hop for decades now. In fact, last year’s tally revealed Diddy's bank account has a whopping $750 million. So, Diddy being a billionaire doesn't seem that unrealistic at all.
