So indeed, it's the most wonderful and romantic time of year. But in 2016, the Christmas love story isn't in a move or song. It's not a celebrity couple. Heck, it's not even a human love story. This Christmas, the most beautiful romance is that of two adorable kittens.

Meet Louie and Luna, two less-than-a-year-old kittens who have fallen madly, deeply in love. Their photographer and human owner James tells Elite Daily,

"They’ve been inseparable since they were adopted and they always do everything together. They sleep, eat, and tear apart my Christmas tree as a unit."

Nobody wants to lose a Christmas tree, but I'm sure James couldn't say mad at the two lovebirds for very long. Look at them!

Their love knows no limits. They hug.

And, wait for it...they even kiss!

Be honest. Their romance is probably sweeter than yours. It's way more than mine! All I want for Christmas is love like that. Unsurprisingly, Twitter went crazy gushing over the feline romance.
