This Kitten Perfume Will Make You Smell Like Cuddles

Do you love cats? Like, is it your secret dream to get old enough so you can just live in a big house with a million cats and not have anyone give you crap about it? Okay, even if you're not that die hard a cat fan, there's still a new product for all cat aficionados. Kitty perfume.

There's a kitty perfume to give you the scent of a cat that stays with you all day long.

Now, this isn't a joke or some prank where someone just pours cat piss on you and calls it perfume. Demeter Fragrances just released a new scent: Kitten Fur.

According to Demeter's website, they've been working for 15 years trying to bottle the essence of a baby cat's fur. Most of the reviews on the site enjoy it, though some feel it's a little strong or strays too far from a real cat scent. 

But what does Kitten Fur smell like? If you asked me how to describe kitten fur, I'd probably say, "I don't know, soft. Is soft a smell?" Well, one customer describes the perfume as smelling like "cuddles". Cool. Didn't know cuddles was a scent, but I kind of get it. Others describe it as a spicy vanilla. Though cats and vanilla don't go hand in hand in my mind, that does sound like a very cozy, homey scent, so I could see associating that with a cuddly kitten.

This isn't Demeter's for foray into odd scents. They have perfumes like Pixie Dust, Rain, Sunshine, Dirt, New Baby, Paperback, Snow, and Moonbeam. Although a dirt perfume sounds gross, I've smelled it and it's actually super nice. It kind of smells like the ground after a rainstorm. Would I want to smell like that all day? Maybe not. But it's a nice scent all the same.
