Cellulite is inevitable. More than 85% of women have it somewhere on their bodies. And although those little dimples are pretty cute in our humble opinion, it's another one of those no-big things that we've been told we need to worry about. HOWEVER, the main culprits of causing more cellulite are probably something you want to cut down on anyway to keep your body at its happiest and healthiest.

If you're noticing more cellulite lately and wondering how to keep potential future cellulite at bay, the best thing is to cut out of your diet is soda. On top of all of the other health drawbacks of having too much sugar in your diet, the high volume of sugar in sweet soda drinks contributes to the slowdown of our body's collagen production, which is the protein that our body uses to keep skin smooth and supple. On top of that, as we age, collagen production begins to slow down naturally, so adding too much sugar into the mix exacerbates that slowdown. 

Another drink to cut back on? Fruit juice, soda's less problematic but still über-sugary cousin. So, if you usually reach for sodas or sugary fruit drinks, try to sub them out for seltzers to get your bubbly fix without all the sugar.
