This Pervert Was Caught Red-Handed Stealing His Neighbor's Panties

Call it a fetish or obsessive-compulsive behavior, but stealing your neighbor's draws is just all-out crazy. Nicolas Rojas, a 56-year old Florida man,was arrested after he was caught red-handed by the owner of those unmentionables herself. 

This pervert was caught on-camera stealing his neighbor's panties three different times. The woman was tired of this fool, so she decided to confront him. When she opened the door to the garage, he asked her if she had any lemons. Lemons??? What kind of cover story is that? And do we even want to know what he would have done with those? Anyway, she told him no and then he left.

According to the police report, she went to his house to ask him why he stole her underwear and to try and get her panties back. Surprisingly, he copped to the theft and apologized, but still didn't return them! So her husband called the police and they paid Rojas a visit—SWAT team-style. 

Rojas' son arrived to find the house completely surrounded with officers yelling through a bullhorn at the panty thief to come out. His son assured them that his father was unarmed and was just passed out drunk (that explains the whole lemon thing).

Rojas surrendered and was taken into custody. He was charged with burglary, but they better make sure he gets some help for that whole drunken-panty-stealing problem. At the wrong house, that scene might have played out a whole other way. Believe that.
