Tiger Woods Pleads Guilty To Reckless Driving...Sentenced With No Jail Time

Tiger Woods may be guilty of many things, including cheating on his wife allegedly, being a bad tipper and not knowing when enough is enough.

But, according to Golf Digest, he just plead guilty in court to reckless driving in a deal that will keep the former golf legend out of jail, a good move on his part.

If you recall, Tiger claims he mixed too many prescription pills, which lead to him being arrested Memorial Day weekend.

Though Tiger once claimed to be “caublinasian,” a mix of his different ethnicities, the police who filled out the paperwork didn’t seem to recall his desired preference and listed Tiger as, well you take a look!

If Woods didn’t take the plea deal, there was a chance that he could have faced jail time.

Tiger Woods in jail?  Yeah, we can’t see that happening either, but he wasn’t going to take the risk. And we don't blame him.

So what exactly does pleading guilty mean for Woods? He has already completed his 50 hours of community service, so our chance of catching Tiger cleaning up a public park is gone.

The plea deal was offered to him because he is a first time DUI offender. If he stays away from prescription drugs and alcohol, his record will be wiped clean.

But the judge gave the golf star a warning while in court.

"This particular plea agreement has no jail time on it,” Judge Sanda Bosso-Pardo said. “However, if you violate your probation in any significant way, I could revoke your probation and then I could sentence you to jail for 90 days with a fine of up to $500. Is that understood?" Judge Sandra Bosso-Pardo said.”

We hope Tiger does keep his nose clean and his record is wiped clean.
