Twitter Mocks Donald Trump After He Mentioned Non-Existent Terror Attack In Sweden
On Saturday, President Trump held a campaign-style rally despite the fact that, you know, he's already the president. At the rally, he listed past terror attacks in France and Germany, and then referenced a non-existent terror incident that's apparently happening in Sweden as we speak.
“Look at what’s happening last night in Sweden. Sweden! Who would believe this?," he said.
Sweden quickly responded by trolling Trump on Twitter:
Nice try, Trump...but you might want to check your facts next time.
Twitter had a field day with his comment, and fought back with hilarious, shady, and IKEA-related tweets:
#LastNightInSweden will go down in history forever, along with the Bowling Green Massacre. #WeAreAllSweden
