Video Released of Chicago Cop Killing Laquan McDonald

Chicago is bracing for possible riots with the release of horrific dash cam video that shows an officer shooting 17-year-old Laquan McDonald... 16 times... in less than 15 seconds.
We can't hear what's being said, but the video shows McDonald walking down the middle of the street as several cops confront him from a distance. Seconds later, Officer Jason Van Dyke opens fire.
McDonald was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The release of the video comes just hours after Officer Van Dyke was arrested and charged with murder for the shooting that happened back in October of 2014.
We warn you, this video will piss you off. But McDonald's family is urging everyone to remain "calm."
