Video Shows Cops Repeatedly Tasering Handcuffed Black Man Until He Dies

Cops in Virginia are caught on camera tasering a handcuffed black man so many times, we lost count. This newly released video of Linwood Lambert's death from 2013... will piss you off.

It shows Lambert running from cops outside a hospital in South Boston, Virginia.

We repeat -- HE IS HANDCUFFED when three officers hit him with the taser multiple times... then again once he's back in the squad car... where he dies.

"HE'S IN HANDCUFFS, and they taze him one time, and he's on the ground. It's over. It's done. There is no reason to subject this gentleman to further punishment, to further tazing, to put his life at risk," the family's attorney, Joe Messa, said. "It's outrageous. It's uncalled or."

The medical examiner blames "acute cocaine intoxication" for Lambert's death. But his family calls B.S. and blames excessive force. Now they're suing for $25 million.
